1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products or workshops, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Workshops

• Booking: Your seat is confirmed upon payment. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 72 hours before the session, subject to availability.
• Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours receive workshop credit. Earlier cancellations can be refunded to the original method of payment.
• Safety: Follow instructor guidance when using tools. We are not liable for misuse of equipment.

3. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors and update availability at any time.

4. Shipping and returns

• Shipping: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Returns: Unused tools and unopened paper may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Workshop bookings are not returnable but can be rescheduled per section 2.
• Damages: Report shipping damage within 7 days; retain packaging for carrier inspection.

5. Payments

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, and instructional materials, is owned by KeenSight Botanica or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that disrupts operations, attempts unauthorized access, or infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic results. Color preservation depends on environmental factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or workshop.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
